This weekend we went to the farm and Tonks met Dooger, my sister’s new pup (also a rescue via petfinder).
Doog (short for Doogie Howser MD) is a Toy Fox Terrier mix and one funny dog. He’s about the same age as Tonks so while the boys did stick together against the female interloper the playfulness of puppydom won out and they had a grand ole time.
Unfortunately Tonks’ adventuring had some consequences…when we got home we found SEVEN ticks on her. Actually attached. During the weekend there were two more but they were just looking for a place to sink their mandibles into.
