Ok this is for those of you who know the shoe tree on point abino road in Stevensville/Snyder/Ridgeway - whatever the hell that place is called where I grew up. Apparently this is not an isolated phenomenon (via webjunkie ).
I don’t know why this is done, but there are many theories.
I did an image search on Google for shoe tree, just for kicks, and was amazed at the results. I’ll try to get a pic this weekend off MY shoe tree, but no promises.
